Patients must be physically located in Texas. The location will need to have a stable internet connection with minimal background noise. Public locations, such as a local coffee shop, are not appropriate for appointments. Cars in motion are not appropriate for appointments. Outside of these limitations, we recommend any comfortable location where you will be able to speak freely.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to cancel, please contact our office at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled appointment. This policy ensures we can offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care and maintain availability for everyone.
If you have any questions about our cancellation policy or need assistance rescheduling, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office—we’re here to help.
-
If you miss an appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows disrupt the schedule and prevent us from offering that time to another patient in need.
As part of our policy, missed appointments will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled session.
Please note that if there are three no-shows within a 12-month period, we may need to terminate care to ensure we can maintain availability for all patients.
If you missed your appointment and need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to find a new time for you.
-
While we strive to keep all scheduled appointments, there may be rare instances where your provider needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you.
-
For non-urgent matters that arise after office hours, including weekends and holidays, you can leave a voicemail or send a message through our patient portal. We will review and respond to your message as soon as possible, usually within the next 1-2 business days.
Please note that after-hours messages are not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and appreciate your understanding as we balance providing excellent care with respecting office hours.
